We attach great importance to training young talent and offer apprenticeships in professions such as tool mechanic and industrial clerk as well as machine and plant operator. We also offer the possibility of retraining in cooperation with the Federal Employment Agency. Thanks to our training network, we are in a position to offer an optional in-company training programme. Only part of the training takes place at JÄKEL. Areas that are not covered in our company take place in the Bang training centre. As a founding member of the "BANG vocational training network in the commercial sector", we are part of a regional network of over 20 companies. Together, we are committed to securing the next generation of skilled labour for the future. The trainees in the BANG network receive optimum in-company training that prepares them optimally for the demands of the labour market. Our aim is to provide young people with a sound professional foundation and prepare them for their future careers in the best possible way.
